About the event

Have you ever wondered how video games are made? Do you want to take  your skills to the next level? Go behind the screen with Scratch 3.0.

Join us for the next 6 weeks to learn all the basics you need to make  your first video game or upgrade your coding skills. You will learn how  to make awesome games and create the art for them.

At the end of this 6-week course, you'll pair up with a Hackathon  Prep digital animator to create a game during our Summer Game Hackathon,  a daylong design competition.

Ages 8-19

It is recommended that you bring your own flash drive to be able to save your work.

Participants must create their own Scratch accounts prior to the session. https://scratch.mit.edu/join
